Easy Caesar Salad

- 2 medium heads of romaine lettuce (outer leaves removed)
- 1 tomato sliced
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 2 cups Mayonnaise
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Parmesan grated cheese
- 1/2 cup croutons (just cut cubes from old bread, lightly oil and toast them)
Tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Toss in tomato and cucumber. Mix mayo, garlic, lemon juice, and cheese in food processor. Drizzle dressing over salad, throw in croutons and toss to evenly coat the vegetables. Sprinkle more Parmesan over the top.
